problem with Trigger

      I have a problem with a trigger on server HPUX 11.11 agent versipon 2.2.1

      the following trigger:
      {Customer Template Oracle:log[{$ALERTLOGFILE},^ORA-00600,,,,].regexp(^ORA-00600)}=1 & {Customer Template Oracle:log[{$ALERTLOGFILE},^ORA-00600,,,,].nodata(10m)}=1

      display the error on Dashboard, BUT it cannot delete it after 10 minutes... why ?
