"Type of calculation" should be always shown in action properties

      minor consistency issue. in action conditions, "Type of calculation" only shows up once we have two or more conditions. in lld rule properties, it is always visible.
      it would be better to change action properties to always show "Type of calculation", same as in the lld rule properties
