webcheck.update deletes existed httpsteps

      Zabbix API 'webcheck.update' deletes existed httpsteps from DB. Because confusion names are used in frontends/php/api/classes/CWebCheck.php, webstep, httpstep, webstepid and httpstepid.
      So, I suggest to use httpstep and httpstepid same as DB instances because Zabbix API is DB operation.
