How to change the discovery template item's application name at host level

      Solaris server

      I have applied LLD with (#FSTYPE) filter on solaris servers which has 2.0.9 version. In discovery items i have mentioned the application name like FS- Unix but i wanted to change the application name like FS-DB for few FS at host level. I did the changes at host level from DB. but i revered to back discovery item application name. Kindly guide me how to resolve this issue
