There is a trigger t2 that depends on trigger t1. t1 is in PROBLEM state so t2 is not checked.

Currently (after -ZBX-9667- fix) t2 will still be checked if t1:

• is disabled
• has disabled item
• belongs to disabled host

If any host in t1 enters maintenance with "No data collection" we should process dependent trigger t2 even if t1 is in PROBLEM state.
