create a new it service. do not enable acceptable sla level, but observe how it defaults to 99.05.
once added, edit it. notice how the acceptable sla level now defaults to 99.9000
- the default should be the same in both cases
- the trailing zeroes, should they be there ? we seem to omit them everywhere else
