I created a template and named it:
Zabbix Server - Main Template

I created another template and linked it to the main template. Its name is:
AUTODISC - Network - ETH0-9

The autodiscovery items are within "AUTODISC - Network - ETH0-9" and work just fine when "AUTODISC - Network - ETH0-9" is linked directy to the host. They DO NOT work when they're linked to the host through another template.
