Configurable timeout in web service request dashboard

      Related with issue ZBX-26384

      I have problem with scheduled report failed to sent because timeout.

      As mentioned by Alexander Vladishev, there is hardcoded timeout when web service access the dashboard. It seems the root cause of my problem.

      So I think its better, If we can configure the timeout.
