As an addon to your Microsoft 365 reports template or as an new Template, the abillity to Discover your Microsoft 365 licenses and the status of how many there are available/left and then maybe some triggers if your low or totally out of licenses.

There dosent seem to be any way to get microsoft to warn you and getting cases from users not being able to logon or use their software because you have run out of licenses, gets old really fast.
