We've written an manual event action that sends a problem to our ticket-system, this works very well, but we'd like the 'manual event action' webhook script to trigger an update in the event as well, similar to triggered actions. Maybe even log the received text back from the ticket-system. As it stands, there no way for a user to know if an event has been sendt to the ticket system or not, short of trying to find the event in the ticket system itself.
This would potentially make custom scripted manual event actions safer as well, as the user and action would be displayed directly in the UI.
