Minimum version can be: 10.11. Since 10.5 support will end in 5 days, and 10.6 in 1 year (enterprise/extended cycle is available by paywall for enterprises only, so it cannot be considered as a supported for everyone and cannot be used as a future proof solution).

Note that 10.7-10.10 versions are junk rolling/testing/dev/building releases which are not maintained anymore by MariaDB.
