Currently, usage of Audit log feature is not straightful. The user needs to retrieve host id or item id, which are ususally hidden somewhere in the frontend URL.

Many management tools offer a direct access to Audit records, within each object configuration dialog.

It would be nice if a dedicated link to Audit records was added to the most important Zabbix configuration form (Host configuration, item configuration, User configuration, ...) embedding resource type, resource id, etc in the link URL. The user would benefit of greater observability on Zabbix internals and other users activities. 

A similar cross-link for  was introduced some years ago in Item configuration form ("Latest data") which is not visually appealing but has proven to be dramatically useful. A more structured layout for these links could also be considered.
