      ZBXNEXT-710 implemented saving favourite search filters for Monitoring section of GUI. This ZBXNEXT is for adding same features also for the Data Collection section.

      When working on new hosts and templates, it would be very useful if I could save/pin favourite searches and track hosts that need my attention.
