Currently you need to go through sources, or read release notes, or install and get information, that TSDB is not supported. 

For example:

• 2.17 / 7.0.6+
• 2.19 / 7.0.13+
• 2.20 / 7.0.17+ (should be used now)
• 2.21 / upcoming in 7.0.18 (end of Aug 2025)

Something like:

"Maximum TimescaleDB extension version supported: x.xx.x."

This information is already encoded in which Zabbix version, viewing for user can be helpful and more transparent, because currently you can open requirements page and see 2.21 as supported, and user for example have 7.0.8. Of course it will complaint about compatibility.
