Unless I'm mistaken, I don't see a native key to retrieve the data from the scheduled reports as well as the statuses.

When there is an error in the Schedule report or a report that is expired, it is not possible to have alerts. When a report is in error, it can be due to an expired certificate, a timeout for example.

I was able to make two templates, one with a database monitor item and the other with the zabbix API.

I think it would be nice to have a native discovery with an item of the Zabbix internal type in order to feed this data natively into the Zabbix Server health template
