VMware vSphere 7.0 Update 3
Red Hat Enterprise Linux 8.6
Zabbix 6.0.13
Hello Team,
The memory usage of the Zabbix server we are using reached 90% on August 10.
No.1 8/5 21:00 Console sign-in ---> Memory usage rose from 30% to 60%.
No.2 8/10 9:00 Signed in to the console from another terminal.
No.3 8/10 12:00 Restarted the Zabbix Server process.
No.4 8/10 14:00 Signed out of console No.2
No.5 8/10 14:30 Zabbix server memory usage reached 90%
No.6 8/10 23:00 Signed in to console from another terminal ---> Memory usage dropped from 90% to 60%
No.7 8/13 23:00 Signed out of the No.1 console
No.8 8/13 23:00 Zabbix server memory usage reached 30%
At the time, the “php-fpm” process was using a significant amount of memory.
Q1
Based on the above situation, why did the Zabbix server's memory usage reach 90% on 8/10?
Q2
If you leave the console logged in while restarting the Zabbix server process and leave it logged in after the restart, will the memory usage increase?
Best Regards,
