Problem:

1. Navigate to Monitoring -> Hosts
2. The Graphs/Dashboards/Web columns display both enabled and disabled links to related pages (see screenshot below)
3. Displaying disabled links makes data scanning harder and increases users cognitive load. Additionally, these links fail color contrast checks, causing accessibility issues.

Solution:

To address the mentioned problems, let's completely hide disabled links in all themes.
