Steps to reproduce:

1. Create an SNMP discovery rule
2. Create a graph prototype in the discovery rule without any SNMP macros in the name from the discovery OID (i.e. "Metric - Modulation" instead of "Metric - Modulation {#SNMPINDEX}")

Result:
The graph prototypes are never created on the associated Zabbix hosts.

Expected:
Graph prototypes should be created on Zabbix hosts even without the use of a macro in the name. This is good for scenarios where the discovery has to be used on SNMP tables that only have (1) index/entry.
