Is there possibility to add "Freeze Panes" (like in Excel tables) mode for tables within WEB forms, where hosts and parameters are shown?

The problem is when the table is bigger than one screen (exceeds size of displayed window on monitor) and require to scroll to right and to down side, then there is no chance to identify or host or/and parameter description (see attached image).
