To mute multiple triggers during maintenance, all of those triggers must explicitly be tagged. Example scenario:

• A host has 100 triggers
• 99 triggers should be silenced during maintenance
• 1 trigger must still generate alerts

Currently, the only way to achieve this is to apply the same "maintenance" tag to all 99 triggers that need to be muted. This makes is difficult to manage, especially when triggers are inherited from multiple templates and prototypes.

Suggested improvement - introduce negative tag conditions for maintenance, such as:

• Tag does not equal
• Tag does not contain
