Provide option to get file path and filename for logrt items

      For example in {ITEM.LOG.FILENAME} and {ITEM.LOG.FILENAMEPATH} internal macro for trigger/operational data.
      Or in the item history itself.

      Case: a lot of files in the folder which are monitored with logrt and rotated often, if error found it's required to check file itself for a full error and it's tricky to find the latest one file.
