Since Zabbix 7 we can override timout on host and proxy level

however if the timout parameter comes from a template then its not possible to override on host level

 

only solution is to use a usermacro {$TIMEOUT.DIT.ZUIGT} and define it on host

 

This field should be allowed to change on host level as it destroys the functionality / flexibility of the overrides we have now
