Current behavior:
For events, a host-level tag filter exists. For items, the connector evaluates tags only at the item level; tags set on the host or template are ignored. This makes it hard to enable/disable streaming for whole hosts without editing each item.

Feature request:
1. Evaluate tags defined on the host and/or template in addition to item tags for item streaming.
2. Allow building expressions (like in LLD filters) to combine multiple tags with AND/OR and (), instead of the current limited “and/or” vs “or” buttons.
