Add name of PID responsible for process signals in zabbix agent log

      In the zabbix log, only PID of process causing the hang is places. It isn't useful after the process die. It would be beneficial to make runtime of Zabbix agent an improvement to monitor also the name of process, in addition to PID and save it to agent log. This can help better in problem analysis - especially during debug
