Problem:

Tooltips that only repeat visible labels or slightly rephrase them do not provide any added value for users, and also potentially could cover up important information.

On the other hand, some UI components that need tooltips do not have them at all, for example, buttons for switching saved filters or switching history back and forth in Monitoring problems.

 

Some tooltips do not provide sufficient explanatory value for users, for example icon Help. The description does not explain what kind of help the user will receive. This could be improved.

Reports -> Audit logs -> Filter

In the case of Template and Host group tags, tooltips in most cases just duplicate the name of the tag and do not provide any value; instead, we could show tooltips only for tags with truncated labels.
