Reports -> Notifications still does the job, but it has some UX problems:

• Sluggish when there is a lot of data (can be solved by additional filtering)
• Filters are inconsistent in style with the other reports 
• Vertical headers are difficult to read

Proposed changes:

• Some new filtering would help (e.g. by user, user group)
• Option to display headers horizontally (or get rid of vertical headers altogether)
• Option to display counters on a graph
• Convert the report to MVC
