      Hi Team, 

      We are attempting to configure alert integration from Zabbix(version 6.2.6)to Jira Service Management

      During the integration, we are facing issues while creating tickets in JSM using the Zabbix webhook/media type. The alert notifications are being triggered in Zabbix; however, the corresponding tickets are not being created successfully in Jira Service Management.
