Add an option to configure graph X-axis time labels to display month names only (e.g., JAN–FEB–MAR) for multi-month time ranges.

When a period such as “Last 3 months” or “Last 4 months” is selected, the graph should be able to suppress day/date/time labels and render utilization data with monthly ticks only, independent of widget size or zoom level.

This option should be available for item graphs and dashboard graph widgets, allowing consistent, readable month-based visualization for long-term trend analysis.
