Add interface description to the net.if.get item

      Add interface description to the net.if.get item. It would be useful for inventory.

      It is required to find the PCI device which corresponds to the network interface which requires lib to be added.

      Proof of concept for Zabbix agent 1 can be found in description.patch.

      Examples of interface descriptions:
