Steps to reproduce:
When the FortiGates memory usage goes over a certain threshold (default 88%) the firewall goes into Conserve Mode.

This should be avoided! No more new sessions, existing connections break, etc...

Result:
The firewall causes problems in the whole network, but in Zabbix all is still green...
Expected:
A trigger should fire as soon as the firewalls memory usage goes over 70% - it should never go into conserve mode at all.

The firewall here went into conserve mode at around 2:05
