When creating a Host through a Host Prototype, we are not allowed to set a value to a field.

We have situations where the field value is given by a LLD macro, also want to use automatic icon mapping to signal the new hosts in maps.

The work arround is very awful, using a template with just one item that returns a constant (a macro value) and putting the inventory in automatic.
