After creating host, the esecurity name. authentication/privacy passphrase parameters are visible for everyone in clear text. 

For obvious security reasons, I'd like to request to change it to something by the PSK (not visible) or for enchanted security.

I don't think it would be overkill if you have to give your old passphrase to change it to a new one, but at least the visibility must change.
