The webserver administrator knows what the timezone is, because he set it in php.ini. Zabbix administrators (and especially users) however may not know what timezone was set in php.ini and thus may not be able to interpret times correctly. This is especially a problem when the zabbix setup has administrators in different timezones.

Therefore I suggest showing the timezone in the footer.
