      Add out-of-the-box OpenTelemetry templates for Zabbix

      Use case

      As a user I want to collect data, display metrics and trigger alerts on OpenTelemetry data by applying "Overview" template and other relevant OpenTelemetry templates (for products that support OpenTelemetry).
