Currently Item navigator shows both Enabled and Disabled items on the list, which does not make sense, as Disabled items are useless, as they won't show any data.

This can be frustrating for hosts with a lot of disabled items (for example, several items which were disabled by a discovery rule): users have to browse among many empty entries before finding something relevant.

Please consider hiding disabled items by default or providing a configuration setting to hide them.
