      The proxy setting in UI have an "Proxy address" field. Empty value of this field is "Allowed all".

      After changes in ZBXNEXT-10468 this behavior become inconsistent.

      Interpreter an empty value of "Proxy address" field In UI proxy setting as "Deny all"
