The "Clock" widget time zone setting is hidden until the "Show: Time zone" checkbox is selected.

      When editing the Clock widget there is no option to configure Time zone without checking the "Show: Time zone" checkbox.

      Expecting:
      The setting should be configurable regardless of whether the checkbox is selected.
