Increase strictness of API URL field validation

      As a follow up to additional validation functionality for URL fields that was implemented in DEV-4489, we need to go over other URL parameters in our api that are currently validated as strings as we did in DEV-4489 for mediatype, and change their validation rules from strings to urls, applying a compatible scheme.
