Description:

On the Monitoring → Hosts graph page, when a user has applied tag filters and subsequently adds or modifies the host list (e.g., adding an additional host to expand the view), all selected tag filters are reset to their default/empty state.

This is a regression from Zabbix 7.0 LTS, where tag filter selections were preserved regardless of changes made to the host list within the same session.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Navigate to Monitoring → Hosts and open a host's Graphs page.
2. Apply one or more tag filters using the tag filter controls.
3. Modify the host list by adding an additional host (e.g., via the host selector/search field).
4. Observe that all previously selected tag filters have been cleared.

Expected behavior:

Tag filter selections should be retained when the host list is modified, consistent with behavior in Zabbix 7.0 LTS.

Actual behavior:

Tag filter selections are reset to empty/default when any change is made to the host list.

Impact:

Users who monitor multiple hosts across a common tag set must repeatedly re-apply their tag filters after each host list modification, significantly impeding workflow efficiency.
