The current Host Creation Wizard in Zabbix does not allow defining host-level macros and tags during the creation process.

This requires users to manually edit hosts after creation, which breaks workflow continuity and increases the risk of missing required configuration.

Proposed solution:
Extend the wizard with an additional step or section to allow:

• Adding host macros (name/value, multiple entries)
• Adding host tags (name/value, multiple entries)
