      The dashboard should provide overview metrics that are relevant to all Azure users, regardless of which Azure services or resources they monitor.

      Include:

      • Entity count metrics (similar to the existing GCP dashboard)
      • Metrics collected by the AWS Billing template
      • Backup job monitoring metrics

      The dashboard should focus on platform-level visibility and general Azure health/cost monitoring rather than service-specific resource metrics.
