Currently zabbix graphs can only display three trigger lines for "simple triggers" .

As users want to have trigger lines for more complex triggers ( ZBX-27873 ) , but making trigger lines for complex trigger is requested fearture but it is significant technical challenge (ZBXNEXT-1184 and ZBXNEXT-6230) I propose ability to add static , user defined "measurement" lines (like dimension lines in drafting). Several of these lines can be defined in another section of graph properties (similar to overrides) at specified y-value s (i.e. 95%). Lines should be visually customizable, must get y-value and legend from macros.

Visually they should be similar to trigger lines , but set at certain value.
