'Max repetition count' SNMP interface field doesn't accept user macro usage

      Without macro - need to configure on every interface individually or by making scripts to use API.

      Currently it accepts only such values:

      This value must be within range 1:2147483647.

      Also field itself is quite small for convenient user macro usage, since it accept 10 characters only:
