Display real-time number of windows on cep rule

      To simply show number of active windows for rule:

      select count(*) from cep_window where cep_ruleids=<my ruleid>

      Additiionaly also possible to select all cep_windowid by cep_ruleids and then get eventids by cep_window_event table.
      It is always up to date by Zabbix server
