Problem:
The current filter panel is a mix of configurations without clear grouping, placed very close together, and difficult to scan; there is no indication of which filters are in effect when the panel is closed; the expanded panel can take up almost half of the screen height without configuration; filter action buttons have vague, non-descriptive labels and no clear visual priority; the filter has lots of unused space

Expected result:
Easy-to-use and easy-to-understand filter setup; filter is as compact as possible and has clear structure; it's clear what filters are applied now; filter configurations have clear labeling and logical placement; constant position for filter trigger button is defined; button label/placement issues resolved;
