Currently when adding a duplicate condition in Action or Event correlation, it is just not added to the list of conditions, with no other indication to user.
It might be especially confusing in cases, when user might want to add similar conditions with different operators, but might not be able to.

It should be made obvious to user that condition is considered a duplicate and will not be added.
