Adding an icon indicating an empty maintenance in the maintenance list

      As discussed with sasha in DEV-4989, maintenances that have lost all of their Host groups, Hosts and Triggers should have an icon indicating that the maintenance is empty in the maintenance list.

      The same approach is used in the users list for users who do not belong to any user group.
