The ability to use Zabbix agent key proc.num[] in Windows the same way as in Linux

      Zabbix agent key proc.num[] supports this set of parameters on Linux - 

      proc.num[<name>,<user>,<state>,<cmdline>,<zone>]

      But on Windows, this key only supports the use of <name> and <user> parameters. Please consider adding the <cmdline> to the Windows key as it is available in Linux.
