On list pages (e.g. Templates), the pagination controls now stick to the top while scrolling, so you can select items across multiple pages without scrolling down or hitting Page Down. That's a nice improvement.

The bulk action buttons (Export, Mass update, Delete, Delete and clear) are still only rendered at the bottom of the page, though. After selecting items you still have to scroll down to reach them.

It would help if these buttons were also placed in the same sticky/floating area as the pagination, so they stay reachable right after making a selection.
