When setting up Proxy Groups, one thing to keep in mind is that proxies might be in different (further away) locations/datacenters, but still be part of the same pool. It should be possible to add our own weight for specific proxies in the group in either the proxy group config or even per host. This way we can state which proxies out of the pool to prefer. This is to keep things like timeout settings to a minimum per proxy, but also to allow for correct latency monitoring while still having an automatic failover option.

This will be important for performance and maintenance/upkeep cost.
